Be careful with the quick weight loss diets because you can more weight than you loose.
The extreme diets must be follow by diet. The idea of loosing weight fast is to eat as few as you can for several days. It is not recommended to stress your body.
After a few days you must eat but not a lot; you must return to a healthy food diet.
The best way is to replace sophisticated foods with raw and ecologic fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables usually have few calories and they are full with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Also you will get zero cholesterol from them.
