Kettlebell Training

This exercise will tire you out, wind you and work your entire body if done properly. It looked to me like just getting up anyway you could with a kettlebell held overhead. And in speaking with a Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) instructor in Albuquerque, I was told that is how it really was in the beginning. Over the years a method or process was developed for doing it the right way.
You see kettlebells are unique firstly because of how they are designed. The kettlebell basically resembles a cannonball with a handle attached to it. This makes it challenging to even hold at a properly racked clean position at your chest. Just by statically holding the bell you will quickly realize that it is constantly trying to pull away from your body. This "pulling away" causes your body to have to counter-react to this force, thereby making you stronger.
If you are wanting to learn about the most effective way to train your body for strength, power, fitness, fat loss, and superior athletic performance then you have got to include kettlebell training into your personal program. Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart.
